Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 3 days of purchase for the following reasons:

• Length exchange

• Texture exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

• Hair must be in its original packaging, unused, and unaltered (not combed, washed, or colored).

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement will be issued.

Allergic Reactions

In the rare event of an allergic reaction, Bundles by Tiffany LaSha does not assume responsibility.
We strongly recommend co-washing your bundles before installation to remove any potential residues or irritants.
